Matt and I had sundried tomato and basil calzones for dinner. The recipe was in the Vegetarian Times cookbook and calzone recipes are easy to come by so I'll just share a few pics:

You have NO idea how excited I am to have found your blog. :) Maybe NOW my family will GET the whole vegan CAN be fun sometimes thing...;) Heh. LOVE your pics. and it's proof that meatless CAN be yummy. You rock!
